Mission: working with the other production co-leader and technicians from our venue, your task will be to plan, coordinate and oversee technical support (sound, slides projection, light setup, video captation and post-production) for TEDxLausanne before and during the days of the events (4 events in 2015). Your assignment will begin immediately with a 1-2h/week average workload , but will be heavier in the weeks leading up to the event and on the day of the event itself.
Profile: You have experience working with project management in events and you have some knowledge of how to work with a budget. Experience in live production or in video/ audio production, post production are a plus (concerts, conferences etc). You are proactive, able to adapt easily, have good organizational skills and you know how to deal with high-pressure situations. You must be available to work flexible work hours which could include evenings and/or weekends at times.
TEDxLausanne is a team of over 30 international and dynamic volunteers. Each volunteer contributes their skills and expertise to organize and produce an independently organized TED event in Lausanne.
